Mulroy College students move on to Third Level.
Over the next few weeks many students are starting a new chapter in their lives by starting life as an undergraduate at a Third Level Institute. At Mulroy College many of the students visited their teachers last week to thank them for all their support and help over their 5/6 years. Mulroy College would also like to wish every success to all those who are starting this journey.
Alan Dugera is one of those students. He stated “I am really looking forward to moving to college in Galway to study Engineering. In my five years at Mulroy College I always felt welcome and I made great friends.”
Philip Doherty satated “It feels strange to be leaving Mulroy College behind but also exciting as I begin my new life in College. I know I will always look back on my time in school with fond memories.” Philip is moving to Galway to start a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.
Emer Harley and Kylie Buchanan, pictured below with Ms Mc Ateer, hope to return to Mulroy College in a few years’ time as Home Economics teachers as both are travelling to Sligo to St Angela’s College for teacher training.
Staff of the College wish all students every success in their future wherever it takes them.
