The Mulroy College library was officially opened in Autumn 2024.
It was the culmination of long planning by the literacy team supported by our Parents’ Association.
It is a dedicated reading space with the emphasis on reading for pleasure. It is supervised by a volunteer group of teachers and students every lunchtime.
We aim to have reading material for all interests from the biography of Taylor Swift to Booker prize winning authors and tractor magazines. There are books in Irish, Polish and French and the team hopes to expand our foreign language section next year.
