Building Donegal’s future in ICT/FinTech Info evening

The Donegal ICT/FinTech Working Group is comprised of many of the leading international employers based in the county including Pramerica, Optum, SITA, Randox, Gartan Technologies and is supported by Donegal Education and Training Board (ETB) and Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT).

The working group is hosting two events on the 11 and 18 of October aimed at Parents, Guidance Teachers and Principals. The companies will highlight the career opportunities in a range of disciplines including IT, finance, business, marketing, engineering, law, design and sciences. LYIT and Donegal ETB will also promote their wide range of programmes that support these industry needs.

Ciaran Coyle receives Mulroy College Bursary

Ciaran Coyle, student from Mulroy College who is starting a degree in education in Marino College in Dublin, receiving a bursary to support his further education. This bursary has been donated to the College from a past student of the college who wanted to give something back to assist and support others in their future education. Both the College and Ciaran’s family are very grateful for this kind and generous donation which will become an annual bursary for a 6th year student.
